Regional Therapy Advancement Manager (RTAM) โ Virginia territory
Responsibilities:
- Drive awareness and access to cardiac arrhythmia therapies (e.g., atrial fibrillation) including catheter ablation by engaging hospital administrators, physicians, and patients.
- Analyze hospital/provider market dynamics, identify gaps in operational efficiency and patient care, and deploy Therapy Advancement tools to expand patient access.
- Educate referral networks (Electrophysiologists, Cardiologists, Primary Care Physicians, Emergency Medicine Physicians) on ablation procedures, benefits, and outcomes.
- Develop and execute compliant, data-driven territory plans with Area Therapy Advancement Managers and field sales.
- Present health economic insights to physician leaders, hospital executives, and business partners.
- Advocate for electrophysiology programs with health system and hospital leadership to accelerate access and improve patient outcomes.
- Maintain routine communication with sales team and MedTech EP leadership to ensure alignment.
- Execute national/regional/local promotional campaigns to drive awareness and business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance and operational excellence: follow corporate and applicable regulations; complete required training, expense reporting, and administrative tasks.
Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree required.
- 5 years of business experience.
- 2 years of sales, marketing, clinical, or commercial business experience.
- Valid driverโs license; up to 40% travel (overnights/weekends).
- Residence within, or willingness to relocate to the geography.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior sales and/or clinical experience in electrophysiology.
- Prior sales and/or clinical experience in cardiovascular therapeutic area(s).
- Masterโs degree or equivalent.
Skills:
- Strong presentation and communication skills; build customer relationships.
- Strategic relationship management across an organization.
- Track record leading multiple projects with urgency.
