Regional Therapy Advancement Manager (RTAM)

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Drive awareness and access to therapies (e.g., catheter ablation for AFib) by engaging hospital administrators, physicians, and patients.
- Analyze market dynamics and identify gaps in operational efficiency and patient care; deploy Therapy Advancement tools to expand access.
- Educate referral networks (electrophysiologists, cardiologists, PCPs, emergency medicine) on procedures, benefits, and outcomes.
- Develop and execute compliant, data-driven territory plans with Area Therapy Advancement Managers and field sales.
- Present health economic insights to physician leaders, hospital executives, and business partners.
- Advocate for electrophysiology programs by aligning health system/hospital stakeholders on projects.
- Communicate routinely with field teams and MedTech EP leadership.
- Execute promotional campaigns to grow presence in electrophysiology.
- Ensure compliance and operational excellence (training, expense reporting, administrative tasks).

Education
- Bachelor’s degree required.

Required Skills/Qualifications
- 5 years business experience; 2 years sales, marketing, clinical, or commercial business experience.
- Strong presentation/communication; ability to build strategic customer relationships; lead multiple projects with urgency.
- Valid driver’s license; up to 40% travel (overnights/weekends).
- Residence within or willingness to relocate to the geography.

Preferred Skills
- Prior electrophysiology sales/clinical experience; prior cardiovascular therapeutic area experience; Master’s degree/equivalent.
