Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of Capital and Consumable Sales Representatives to meet/exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives
- Foster a high-performance culture (accountability, collaboration, professional growth)
- Conduct regular field rides and business reviews to assess performance, coach, and reinforce best practices
- Recruit, hire, and onboard sales talent; create development plans and career progression paths
- Develop and implement strategic regional business plans for capital device sales and consumable utilization
- Partner cross-functionally (Marketing, Training, Inside Sales, Clinical) to maximize pull-through, brand awareness, and procedural growth
- Analyze sales metrics, territory trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and guide rep focus
- Collaborate with Regional Marketing/Clinical to execute KOL engagement, workshops, and aesthetic conventions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
- Manage territory coverage, travel planning, expense budgets, and resource allocation; use Salesforce/CRM for forecasting and reporting
- Represent Solta at industry meetings, conventions, and trade shows
Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree required; advanced degree/certifications preferred
- 7+ years of sales experience in aesthetics/medical devices/related healthcare; 2+ years leading sales teams
- Proven success selling both capital and consumables; ability to balance new business and account growth
- Strong business acumen; consultative selling skills; success closing high-value capital sales
- Preferred: relationships with aesthetic professionals (e.g., plastic surgeons, dermatologists, oculoplastic surgeons)
- Excellent communication/presentation/interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM (Salesforce preferred)
- Travel up to 75% (some weekends); up to 50% overnight
- Valid driverโs license; ability to lift up to 60 lbs
