Summary:
- Lead a cross-functional regional team driving growth across Solta Medical’s aesthetic portfolio through capital (new account acquisition) and consumables (procedure utilization expansion).

Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a regional team to achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives.
- Foster a high-performance culture (accountability, collaboration, professional growth).
- Conduct field rides and business reviews to assess performance and reinforce best practices.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and create development plans/career paths for sales talent.
- Develop and implement strategic regional business plans for capital device sales and consumable utilization.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Training, Inside Sales, and Clinical teams to increase pull-through and procedural growth.
- Analyze sales metrics, territory trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and guide focus.
- Collaborate to execute KOL engagement, workshops, and aesthetic conventions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Manage territory coverage, travel planning, expense budgets, and resource allocation.
- Use Salesforce/CRM for forecasts, pipeline visibility, and performance reporting.
- Represent Solta at regional/national industry meetings and trade shows.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- 7+ years sales experience in aesthetics/medical devices/related healthcare; 2+ years leading sales teams.
- Demonstrated success selling both capital and consumables; balance new business and account growth.
- Strong business acumen and territory strategy execution aligned to national objectives.
- Consultative selling skills; success closing high-value capital sales.
- Preferred: established relationships with aesthetic professionals (e.g., plastic surgeons, dermatologists, oculoplastic surgeons).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM (Salesforce preferred).
- Travel up to 75% (some weekends); up to 50% overnight.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

Compensation:
- Starting base pay range: $130K–$179K; may include annual bonus or sales incentive plan.
