Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of Capital and Consumable Sales Representatives to achieve quarterly/annual sales objectives.
- Foster a high-performance culture (accountability, collaboration, growth).
- Conduct field rides and business reviews to assess performance and reinforce best practices.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop sales talent with clear development plans.
- Develop and implement strategic regional business plans for capital device sales and consumable utilization.
- Partner cross-functionally (Marketing, Training, Inside Sales, Clinical) to drive pull-through and procedural growth.
- Analyze sales metrics, territory trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities.
- Execute KOL engagement, workshops, and aesthetic conventions.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Manage territory coverage, travel planning, expense budgets, and resource allocation.
- Use Salesforce/CRM for forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance reporting.
- Represent the company at regional/national meetings, conventions, and trade shows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree required; advanced degree/certifications preferred.
- 7+ years sales experience in aesthetics/medical devices/related healthcare; 2+ years managing sales teams.
- Proven success selling both capital and consumables; consultative selling and ability to close high-value capital sales.
- Strong business acumen; ability to build territory strategies aligned to national objectives.
- Preferred: established relationships with aesthetic professionals.
- Excellent communication/presentation/interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred).
- Travel up to 75% (some weekends); up to 50% overnight.
- Valid driverโs license; ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
