Position Summary
You will lead a regional sales team to grow business and strengthen customer partnerships. Set account strategies, hire and develop field staff, and collaborate with marketing, medical affairs, market access, and operations.

Responsibilities
- Build and execute regional business plans delivering sustainable growth and meeting financial targets.
- Hire, coach, and develop account managers to create high-performing, customer-focused teams.
- Lead key account strategy and engagement with large customers, integrated delivery networks, and payers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to plan and deliver launches and ongoing commercial programs.
- Use commercial insights and data to shape territory priorities, forecast performance, and improve customer access.
- Represent the region to senior leaders and lead implementation of regional initiatives and budgets.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, life sciences, or related field.
- At least 8 years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience.
- Experience leading field-based or regional sales teams.
- Strong record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in complex customer environments.
- Ability to travel regionally, including overnight travel as needed.
- Must reside within the assigned Central U.S. territory (Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas; portions of TN/KY, LA, MS; portions of IA, or AL).

Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree; experience with specialty/hospital account teams.
- 3+ years field/regional sales leadership managing high-performing teams.
- Background with payers, specialty pharmacy, or market access.
- Experience leading product launches or major commercial programs.
- Strong coaching, recruiting, and talent development skills.
- Comfort using CRM and analytics tools.
