Responsibilities:
- Generate volume and market share growth by developing and managing a designated region.
- Lead, direct, and manage Account Managers; recruit, hire, train, develop, and coach a high-performing team.
- Drive awareness, utilization, and sales of a launch product; execute the approved marketing plan to maximize market penetration.
- Develop and implement business plans; identify and monitor local market conditions and adapt strategies.
- Provide effective leadership to meet/exceed sales targets; collaborate on goal setting and performance measures.
- Use reports/tools to monitor goal attainment per client agreements; conduct field ride-alongs for hands-on coaching.
- Ensure compliance with all field activities, company guidelines, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 7+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical/medical/related medical sales.
- 2+ years of successful district/regional field management experience.

Preferred:
- Advanced degree; experience launching drugs; Hepatology experience.
- Experience leading teams engaging customers in academic institution or IDN settings.
- Understanding of market strategy/tactical mix; ability to hire/lead/coach/mentor.

Skills:
- Presentation and selling skills; strong business acumen.
- Compliance adherence; strong analytical/technical abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; excellent oral/written communication.
- Fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese/Korean/Vietnamese/Tagalog preferred.

Requirements/Travel:
- Travel up to 70% (including overnight stays) and valid Driver’s License.
