Responsibilities:
- Generate volume and market share growth by developing and managing a designated region.
- Lead, direct, and manage Account Managers within a specific geographical area to achieve sales and business objectives.
- Guide the team to drive sales objectives to meet and exceed corporate forecasts.
- Monitor field activities for compliance with guidelines; provide timely feedback on marketing tactics and market conditions.
- Lead and execute the approved marketing plan to maximize market penetration.
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve organizational objectives.
- Identify and monitor local market conditions to build customer relationships and adapt strategies.
- Collaborate on goal setting and performance measures; use reports and tools (Analysis & Reporting) to monitor goal attainment.
- Establish performance expectations; oversee direct reports to ensure policy adherence and provide continuous feedback.
- Conduct regular field ride-alongs for hands-on coaching.
- Recruit, hire, train, develop, and coach Account Managers; manage performance management and disciplinary issues.
- Foster a rewarding environment that supports accomplishment, advancement, and retention.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical, or related medical sales.
- Minimum 2 years of successful district/regional field management experience.
- Ability to travel domestically as necessary (may include overnight travel; majority of time in market).
- Valid Driverโ€™s License.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree.
- Experience launching drug.
- Preferred experience in Hepatology.
- Experience leading sales teams engaging customers in academic institution or IDN setting.
- Understanding of market strategy and tactical mix.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational/project planning and cross-functional team management skills.
- Ability to hire, lead, coach, and mentor high-performing teams.

- Coach and develop selling and account management skills; customer experience; launch planning/execution; enterprise collaboration; strategic thinking; insight-driven.

Skills:
- Adhere to regulatory, legal, and compliance standards.
- Exceptional presentation and selling skills; strong business acumen.
- Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Vietnamese, or Tagalog (preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical/technical abilities with a customer-service focus to exceed business goals.

Requirements:
- Travel up to 70% of the time, including overnight stays.
