Responsibilities:
- Generate volume/market share growth in a designated region by leading Account Managers.
- Lead, direct, and manage account managers; recruit/hire/train/develop/coach for performance.
- Develop and implement regional business plans; execute approved marketing plan to maximize penetration.
- Drive launch product awareness/utilization/sales through team leadership and skill development.
- Identify/monitor local market conditions; build customer relationships and adapt strategies.
- Ensure compliance with field activities/guidelines; monitor activity and provide timely feedback.
- Collaborate on goal setting and performance measures; use reports/tools to monitor attainment.
- Conduct field ride-alongs for hands-on coaching; manage performance management and disciplinary issues.
- Provide leadership to meet/exceed sales targets and foster employee growth/retention.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree
- 7+ years pharmaceutical/medical/related medical sales
- 2+ years district/regional field management experience
- Travel up to 70% (overnight included)
- Valid Driverโ€™s License

Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree; experience launching drug; Hepatology experience
- Experience in academic/IDN settings; market strategy/tactical mix
- Ability to hire/lead/coach/mentor; strong interpersonal/org/communication skills

Skills/Requirements:
- Adhere to regulatory/legal/compliance standards; strong selling/presentation/business acumen
- Microsoft Office proficiency; excellent oral/written communication; strong analytical/technical/customer service
- Fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese/Korean/Vietnamese/Tagalog preferred
