Responsibilities:
- Lead, direct, and manage Account Managers in a designated region to generate volume/market share growth.
- Recruit, hire, train, develop, and coach a high-performing sales team; manage performance and disciplinary issues.
- Develop and implement business plans; execute approved marketing plan to maximize market penetration.
- Drive launch product awareness and utilization through team enablement.
- Monitor local market conditions; provide timely feedback on marketing tactics and field compliance.
- Ensure all field activities comply with company guidelines; conduct regular field ride-alongs and provide hands-on coaching.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- 7+ years pharmaceutical/medical/related medical sales experience.
- 2+ years successful district/regional field management experience.
- Travel up to 70% (including overnight); valid Driverโ€™s License.

Preferred:
- Advanced degree; experience launching drugs; preferred Hepatology experience.
- Experience leading teams engaging academic or IDN settings.
- Strong market strategy/tactical mix; excellent interpersonal/organizational/communication skills.
- Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Vietnamese, or Tagalog (preferred).

Skills:
- Strong presentation/selling and business acumen; analytical/technical abilities; Microsoft Office proficiency.

Compensation & benefits (US):
- Base salary: $182,250โ€“$303,750; annual bonus; eligibility for share-based long-term incentive.
