Responsibilities:
- Generate volume and market share growth in a designated region by leading and managing Account Managers.
- Meet/exceed sales and business objectives; participate in strategic national/regional/local meetings and lead team meetings.
- Provide guidance to drive compliant sales performance and monitor field activities for compliance.
- Execute approved marketing plans to maximize market penetration; deliver marketing/sales tactics effectively.
- Recruit, hire, train, develop, and coach account managers; lead performance management and disciplinary resolution.
- Develop and implement regional business plans; collaborate on goal setting and performance measures.
- Conduct regular field ride-alongs for hands-on coaching; monitor local market conditions and adapt strategies.

Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- 7+ years pharmaceutical/medical/related medical sales experience.
- 2+ years successful district/regional field management experience.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 70% (overnight included).
- Valid Driverโ€™s License.

Qualifications (Preferred):
- Advanced degree; experience launching a drug; preferred Hepatology experience.
- Experience leading teams in academic/IDN settings.
- Understanding of market strategy/tactical mix; ability to hire/mentor high-performing teams.

Skills:
- Regulatory/legal/compliance adherence; strong selling/presentation and business acumen.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong oral/written communication.
- Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Vietnamese, or Tagalog preferred.

Benefits/Compensation (as stated):
- Base salary range (US): $182,250โ€“$303,750; annual bonus; share-based long-term incentive eligibility.
- Health/insurance, retirement, paid holidays/vacation, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave.

Requirements:
- Travel up to 70% including overnight stays.
