Main Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Influence
- Serve as an accountable member of integrated brand teams to shape brand strategy, portfolio prioritization, and go-to-market execution across the full vaccine portfolio.
- Influence national strategy through cross-functional forums (Marketing, Market Access, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, GTMC).
- Develop and launch national and regional go-to-market assessments; design and activate pilots (including conversion and market expansion) to capture growth opportunities.

Business Planning, Forecasting & Resource Allocation
- Develop national, regional, and local business plans; build robust forecasting to influence budget setting and activate external/internal resources.
- Translate national strategy into regionally differentiated execution plans; break down targets by product, customer segment, and contracting modality; adjust to emerging opportunities.
- Lead formal regional business reviews with senior leadership; provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Oversee financial accountability (revenue maximization, budget management, resource optimization).

Complex Portfolio & Market Management
- Own full buy-and-bill execution across the region; manage portfolio needs across distribution, administration, reimbursement, and contracting.
- Lead account management across health systems, birthing hospitals, medical groups & multi-discipline groups, FQHCs, and independent practices.
- Lead commercial readiness and execution for new product launches and expand competitive footprint.

Matrix Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Provide enterprise-level leadership across key commercial functions; define and enhance the commercial matrix nationally and regionally.
- Support teams with complex contracting/pricing frameworks; collaborate with customer-facing teams; partner with Commercial Excellence to refine sales processes.

People Leadership & Organizational Development
- Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and develop the regional team; build a high-performance culture.
- Coach ABMs and ABDs to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.

About You
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required.
- 15+ years pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience.
- 7+ years senior people management (including 2nd line leadership).
- Home Office/Headquarters experience or enterprise commercial leadership (Market Access, Commercial Strategy, Sales Operations) required.
- Track record meeting/exceeding targets in complex, multi-product environments.
- Strong matrix influence at senior level; advanced analytical/strategic thinking.
- Ability to maintain required compliance with regulatory/legal/operational rules.
- Valid driverโ€™s license and safe driving record; frequent travel within the region (overnights/weekends).

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Deep vaccine buy-and-bill knowledge (distribution, administration, reimbursement).
- New product launch/market entry experience (preferably within last 5 years) and/or experience designing new sales/go-to-market models.
- Executive-level engagement experience; integrated brand team experience.
- Familiarity with health system, FQHC, and medical group customer segments.
