Main Responsibilities
- Serve as an accountable member of integrated brand teams to shape regional/national brand strategy, portfolio prioritization, and go-to-market execution across the vaccine portfolio.
- Influence national strategy through cross-functional leadership (Marketing, Market Access, Sales Ops, Commercial Excellence, GTMC).
- Develop and launch national/regional go-to-market assessments; design and activate pilots (conversion and market expansion).
- Build national/regional/local business plans; drive robust forecasting and budget/resource activation.
- Translate national strategy into differentiated execution plans by product, customer segment, and contracting modality; adjust to emerging opportunities.
- Lead formal regional business reviews with data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Own regional buy-and-bill experience; manage distribution, administration, reimbursement, and contracting.
- Lead account management across health systems, birthing hospitals, medical groups/multi-discipline groups, FQHCs, and independent practices.
- Lead readiness/execution for new product launches.
- Provide enterprise-level cross-functional leadership and define/maintain the commercial matrix.
- Maintain a high-performing team through recruiting, hiring, onboarding, coaching, and development; coach ABMs/ABDs.
Basic Qualifications (Required)
- Bachelorโs degree.
- 15+ years pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience.
- 7+ years senior regional/area people management (including 2nd-line leadership).
- Home Office/HQ or enterprise commercial leadership experience (e.g., Market Access, Commercial Strategy, Sales Ops).
- Track record exceeding targets in complex, multi-product environments.
- Ability to influence in matrixed, cross-functional settings; strong negotiation skills.
- Advanced analytical/strategic thinking.
- Compliance with applicable regulatory/legal/operational requirements.
- Regular travel within region; valid driverโs license and safe driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA/advanced degree; deep vaccine buy-and-bill knowledge.
- Experience launching new products/markets and designing new sales teams/go-to-market models.
- Executive-level customer engagement; integrated brand team experience; familiarity with health system/FQHC/medical group segments.
