Regional Field Director, Therapy Access

Role: Regional Field Director, Therapy Access, leading a team of Therapy Access Managers to ensure compliant, effective support for UT’s PAH and ILD therapies. Responsibilities: oversee regional operations, manage HCP engagement, coordinate cross-cover support, develop engagement rules, address access barriers, monitor performance, and foster team development. Stakeholders include sales, Patient Relations, and internal teams, with a focus on optimizing patient access and market insights. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in sciences, business, pharmacy, or healthcare; 12+ years (or 10+ with Master’s) in pharma or healthcare, with 5+ years in claims reimbursement, managed care, or market access. Proven leadership in team building and cross-functional collaboration essential. High-Value: expertise in reimbursement, specialty pharmacy, coding, billing, payor strategies, and US healthcare policy; experience with launch strategies; ability to travel >50%. Preferred: prior regional team leadership, therapeutic space expertise, and stakeholder management. Location: East Coast residents only.
