Role Summary
- Lead a team of regional Strategic Oncology Account Directors to shape and execute GSK’s oncology strategy across health systems, cancer centers, and community oncology accounts.
- Coach and develop the team to influence clinical and economic decision makers and deliver integrated brand, access, and account strategies.
- Lead regional strategic account activities including decision making, account planning, access strategy pull-through, population-based decision maker engagement, and expansion opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a regional team for priority health system cancer centers, national free-standing cancer centers, and organized community oncology customers.
- Support in-field engagement and build trusted relationships with C/D-suite Population Based Decision Makers (PBDM).
- Direct go-to-market model development/execution in community oncology, health system accounts, and leading cancer centers.
- Partner with Market Access, Pricing & Contracting, Medical, and account teams to align strategies and integrated customer engagement plans.
- Negotiate and pull through access-aligned contract agreements (as appropriate).
- Integrate oncology brand strategy, access, and system-level initiatives to identify and realize business opportunities.
- Deliver regional strategic plans using KPIs tied to brand performance and access outcomes.
- Conduct internal strategy/performance reviews; build cross-functional networks.
- Use marketing research, market intelligence, clinical messaging, and account insights for in-line and launch products.
- Ensure compliance with GSK policies and applicable standards; represent GSK at sponsored industry events.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years leading/managing a team
- 8+ years pharmaceutical/biotech commercial roles
- 4+ years pharmaceutical/biotech commercial roles in Oncology
- Account management experience at enterprise (C/D suite) level in complex settings

Preferred Qualifications
- Solid tumor and/or hematologic malignancy experience
- Community oncology practice management/GPO familiarity
- Value-based contracts/risk-bearing provider group experience
- Cross-functional experience (Market Access, Sales Leadership, Medical Affairs, HEOR)
- Clinical fluency (trial data, pathology, biomarkers, treatment algorithms)
- Economic acumen (oncology reimbursement, 340B, GPO contracting, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy)
- Experience supporting/leading oncolytic product launch
- Proficiency with MS Office, Veeva CRM, Power BI (or equivalents)

Compensation & Benefits
- US annual base salary range: $186,750–$311,250; annual bonus; eligibility for share-based long-term incentive; health/insurance, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, and paid caregiver/parental and medical leave.
