Remote role — Location: Northeast (New York, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Vermont)

Discover Your Role:
- Recruit, lead, develop, and retain the Rare Neurology Medical Specialist team for the Northeast Region.
- Build and lead a high-performing, high-integrity, high-quality sales team.
- Meet/exceed assigned sales objectives; align action plans to brand strategic initiatives.
- Lead regional sales force activities (hiring, training, performance evaluation, development) while ensuring compliance.
- Ensure customer education is trained and effectively implemented.
- Communicate industry and competitor product knowledge to the region.
- Ensure participation in trade shows, meetings, and conferences.
- Analyze sales and customer data to deploy appropriate resources.
- Allocate/manage regional budget and promotional resources.
- Demonstrate accountability for results; meet/exceed brand and product sales goals.
- Build credibility and relationships with key customers and field clinical experts/advocacy groups.
- Ensure Medical Specialists are viewed as clinical experts.
- Develop and execute an incentive compensation plan for the field team (compliant manner).
- Partner with internal stakeholders to analyze market dynamics and trends.
- Demonstrate understanding of payer environment, reimbursement, and payer challenges.

This Role Requires:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or advanced certification a plus; science/clinical background a plus).
- 10+ years pharma/biopharma experience; 5 years sales leadership/management; 3 years as Regional Director/District Manager in Rare Neurology.
- Experience with complex therapies (REMS, biologics, specialty pharmacy) in rare disease/neurology (highly preferred: Myasthenia Gravis, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s, Epilepsy).
- Proven integrity and success in complex markets.
- Proven ability to hire, coach, develop, promote, and retain top talent.
- Ability to develop physician/customer clinical experts.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; effective team player.
- Ability to collaborate with internal field teams and alliance partners.
- Ability to travel extensively.
- Proven history leading high performance sales teams.
- Ability to manage and drive regional objectives and goals.
- Product launch experience (plus).
- Experience selling to diverse customer segments.
- Understanding reimbursement challenges/opportunities of a buy-and-bill product (required) or relevant Rare Neurology experience.
- Ability to analyze sales and market data; strategic thinker.
- Leadership skills including motivation, mentoring, and professional development.
- Must reside within the assigned territory.
