Responsibilities:
- Hire, lead, develop, and retain the Hematology Medical Specialist team to support Multiple Myeloma Bispecific Antibody.
- Ensure strong and consistent sales performance meeting or exceeding forecast and expectations related to product goals.
- Drive accountability for regional results and ensure actions plans align with brand strategic initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure cooperation and transparency in the region.
- Work with Training and Development to ensure personnel development and continued commercial growth.
- Lead regional sales activities (hiring, training, performance evaluation, development) in compliance with corporate policies.
- Ensure employees are trained on and effectively implement customer education.
- Communicate industry/competitor knowledge to regional teams.
- Ensure participation in industry trade shows, meetings, and conferences.
- Analyze sales and customer data to deploy appropriate resources.
- Allocate and manage the region’s budget and promotional resources.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree/advanced education/certification a plus; science/clinical focus a plus).
- 10+ years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience; 5 years sales leadership/management; 3 years as Regional Director/District Manager in Oncology (preferably Hematology).
- Biologics and buy-and-bill experience required; oncology experience required (hematology oncology a strong plus).
- Proven, integrity-driven track record in complex markets/systems as RD/District Manager.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; credible team player.
- Ability to collaborate with internal field teams and alliance partners.
- Ability to travel extensively.
