Regional Cardiovascular Lead Manager (field-based; Western & Central US)

Primary Responsibilities
- People Management: Lead and guide Regional Cardiovascular Leads (RCLs); recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing, customer-centric team; evaluate impact and maximize performance; observe customer interactions; provide training/coaching/counseling; reskill/upskill; foster inclusivity and psychological safety.
- Customer Engagement: Build relationships with scientific/clinical leaders; conduct approved deep scientific discussions; stay current via conferences/society meetings; collaborate across teams in assigned geography; partner with marketing/training on engagement content.
- Business Operations: Manage/deploy resources (including budget) to achieve objectives and ROI; make local resource allocation decisions; identify/create opportunities; work with HQ brand teams and inform national strategies via cross-functional teams; develop/monitor/adjust strategic plans; maintain accountability and adhere to regulatory/compliance guidelines.

Qualifications
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree + 6–8 years sales experience (including leading teams); or equivalent leadership in healthcare/scientific field or professional marketing; strong presentation/communication of complex scientific/public health concepts; collaboration/prioritization; technologically proficient (MS Office/iPad); valid driver’s license; required travel/overnight and attendance at meetings.
- Preferred: MBA/PharmD; 5+ years Cardiovascular market and product experience; 3+ years scientific/clinical leader engagement.
