Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement district sales plans; coach for team success.
- Build and lead district sales team; manage Specialty Business Managers.
- Recruit, train, and develop Specialty Business Managers; set performance objectives and foster a learning environment.
- Provide support/coaching to sales team members.
- Establish and manage relationships with key customers, professionals, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage district sales business operations (policies/procedures, budgets, sales and account data).
- Develop market-based business strategies and business plans using data/account analysis.
- Evaluate business opportunities; recommend solutions to sales challenges.
- Implement sales and marketing programs to support U.S. growth in assigned district.
- Ensure compliance of selling activities with applicable State and Federal regulations.
- Provide strategic input to Marketing to evolve the marketing plan.
- Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (health systems, practices, networks, prescribers/decision makers) in assigned therapeutic areas.
- Liaise with internal business partners and coordinate with Regional/National Account Managers and Manage Markets to maximize sales and product access.

Required qualifications/skills:
- BS/BA.
- 5+ years management-level experience in pharma/immunology/biologics-biotech or medical devices (district, specialty account, marketing, and/or product management) or equivalent.
- Business/strategic planning, coaching/delegation/motivation.
- Ability to analyze complex data; strong verbal/written/presentation skills.
- Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
- Reside within/close proximity to assigned geography.

Preferred:
- MBA/Master’s; injectable/infusible experience.
- Account-based sales (hospitals/health systems/infusion centers/large group practices).
- Immunology/Gastroenterology; biological product launch experience.

Travel: 50–75% (overnight; drive/fly to meetings).
