How you will contribute:
- Plan and implement regional sales plans and coaching for success.
- Build and lead the regional sales team; provide support and coaching to sales team members.
- Establish and manage relationships with key customers, professionals, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage regional sales business operations (e.g., policies/procedures, budgets, sales and account data).
- Develop and implement market-based business strategies to achieve sales objectives and maximize product exposure.
- Develop business plans using data analysis, account analysis, and market data.
- Evaluate business opportunities and provide recommendations to RSD and the regional sales team.
- Recruit, train, and develop Specialty Sales Representatives and Specialty Account Managers; create a learning environment.
- Create integrated account/sales business teams to achieve objectives through collaboration.
- Implement sales and marketing programs to support U.S. growth in the assigned district.
- Ensure selling activities comply with State and Federal regulations.
- Provide strategic input to Marketing on the marketing plan.
- Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within coverage area and therapeutic areas.
- Liaison with internal business partners; collaborate with Regional/National Account Managers and Manage Markets partners.
Qualifications/Required:
- BS/BA.
- 5+ years management experience in pharma/immunology/biologic/biotech/medical devices (district, specialty account, marketing, and/or product management) OR equivalent.
- 3+ years people leadership OR account/brand management.
- Strategic planning; coach/delegate/motivate; analyze complex data.
- Strong verbal/written/presentation skills.
- Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
- Reside within or close proximity to assigned geography.
Preferred:
- MBA/Masterβs.
- Infusible/injectable product experience; account-based sales (hospital/health system/infusion centers/large group practices).
- Immunology and Gastroenterology experience; biological product launch experience.
Travel Requirements:
- Drive/fly to meetings and training; overnight travel; 50β75%.
Compensation/Benefits:
- Base salary range: $176,000.00β$242,000.00.
- Potential eligibility for incentives and benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, disability, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time off, holidays, well-being benefits, up to 80 hours sick time, and up to 120 hours paid vacation for new hires.
