How you will contribute:
- Recruit, develop, retain, mentor, and lead a diverse team to deliver strategic sales objectives; establish a cadence of accountability with KPI communication and supervision.
- Model leadership for direct reports by encouraging shared vision, clear expectations, accountability, enabling action, and improving processes by challenging the status quo.
- Develop, implement, and cultivate customer-centric business plans with customer engagement and cross-functional partners to optimize customer experience and product demand.
- Build a hard-working, customer-centric culture where teams act as engaged business owners; encourage speaking up, problem-solving, collaboration, compliantly experimenting, and failing forward.
- Develop and implement market-based business strategies to achieve sales objectives; build plans using data analysis, account analysis, and market data.
- Proactively evaluate business opportunities and strategies; provide recommendations to address business challenges.
- Implement sales and marketing programs supporting U.S. growth in assigned district.
- Hold self and team accountable for achieving sales and company objectives.
- Ensure full compliance of selling activities with all State and Federal regulations.
- Provide strategic input to Marketing to develop and evolve marketing plans.
- Establish relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across local/regional/national accounts.
- Serve as liaison with internal partners and work with other sales/marketing personnel.
- Work with Regional and National Account Managers on managed market issues and initiatives; collaborate with Managed Markets to achieve shared sales and product access objectives.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA)
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in pharmaceutical, immunology, biologic/biotech, or medical device industries (e.g., district/specialty account, marketing, and/or product management)
- Recent dermatology experience and established relationships with medical dermatologists
- Prior pharmaceutical sales representative experience with proven selling success
- Demonstrated business and strategic planning skills; adaptability to changing market conditions
- Ability to coach, delegate, and motivate a sales team; provide timely feedback
- Ability to analyze complex data to develop strategic and actionable plans
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint
- Comfortable with emerging technologies; adaptable to digital tools and openness to AI-enabled processes
- Reside in or within close proximity to assigned geography

Preferred:
- MBA or Master’s degree
- People leadership experience
- Established relationships with medical dermatologists
- Account-based sales experience (e.g., hospital/health system/large group practice)
- Experience in Immunology/Dermatology or Gastroenterology
- Product launch experience

Licenses/Certifications:
- Valid Driver’s License

Travel Requirements:
- 50–75% travel to support the region, including overnights
- Ability to drive or fly to meetings/client sites and attend local/national meetings/training
