Position Summary
- Participate in strategic and tactical planning for the Petcare business.
- Lead planning, execution, and performance for an approximately 100-person region with $100M+ annual sales.
- Position located flexibly within the designated region (proximity to a major airport preferred).
- Travel 50%+ with some weekend work/travel.

Sales Performance
- Meet overall sales objectives (quota) and key growth products/services through demand generation in targeted geography.
- Launch new diagnostics and service offerings.
- Improve key sales metrics (growth rates and overall business health).

Field Sales Team efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead colleagues using ABMs within the Solution Selling model and Pipeline management process.
- Ensure team meets annual objectives.
- Execute field leadership activities (3-in-car rides, field days, educational/KOL events, corporate account meetings, business reviews, performance/IDP discussions, POA meetings) and provide written coaching feedback.
- Drive initiatives to enhance capabilities (field coaching/guides, solution selling, business planning, technical knowledge, territory management).
- Align and execute Diagnostic Technical Services and Veterinary Operations partnership opportunities.
- Develop and execute Key Accounts, Corporate Accounts, and KOL strategies/tactics.
- Manage resource allocation (including differential resourcing), pilots/new introductions, and regional operating expense budget.

Excellence in colleague development and engagement
- Increase colleague development/engagement.
- Conduct monthly calls and at least four live meetings/year with each ABM to review performance, pipeline management, talent management, and other topics.
- Build leadership/coaching capabilities and communicate execution priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Capital equipment sales.
- BS/BA preferred.
- 10+ years related experience (sales management and/or marketing/veterinary operations).
- Zoetis HQ and animal health/companion animal veterinary medicine experience.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Benefits/Compensation
- U.S. base salary range: $164,000 - $266,000.
- Eligible for short-term and long-term incentives.
- Comprehensive benefits include healthcare/insurance (day one), 401K match and profit-sharing, and 4 weeks vacation.
