Position: Regional Business Director β MI Clarity
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional and national strategies to drive MI Clarity adoption, utilization, and market penetration.
- Build, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Account Executive team.
- Drive new account acquisition and expansion across oncology, pathology, breast surgery, and integrated delivery networks.
- Identify and pursue high-value market opportunities and strategic accounts; build go-to-market plans.
- Establish executive relationships; engage oncology/pathology/breast program/C-suite stakeholders.
- Collaborate to optimize tissue access and workflow integration.
- Lead discussions on value-based care, clinical utility, and personalized treatment planning.
- Ensure teams communicate clinical data/validation studies and differentiation from competitors.
- Recruit/onboard/train talent; conduct field coaching, reviews, pipeline management, forecasting, and performance development.
- Manage KPIs/territories; support launch readiness and provide marketplace feedback.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree.
- 5+ years of people leadership in successful commercial teams.
- Proven market development, new business acquisition, adoption, and revenue growth.
- Experience leading through product launches/high-growth environments.
- Strong coaching/communication/leadership/strategic planning.
- CRM, sales analytics, forecasting, and BI tools.
- Ability to travel regularly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oncology/diagnostics/molecular testing/pathology/precision medicine/healthcare technology experience.
- Experience with first-line/multi-level commercial orgs; launching innovative products/technologies.
- Experience with large health systems/IDNs/academic medical centers/enterprise accounts.
- MBA or advanced business/healthcare/scientific degree.
- Experience commercializing AI-enabled/digital health/advanced diagnostics.
Annual Hiring Range: $170,000β$200,000.
Physical/Other: travel by car/air; sit/stand for extended periods; valid driverβs license and reliable vehicle/insurance required.
