Position Summary
- Field-based commercial leadership role driving regional/national adoption, utilization growth, and strategic expansion of MI Clarity (AI-powered prognostic assay) for postmenopausal HR+/HER2-, node-negative early-stage breast cancer.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional/national commercial strategy to drive adoption, utilization, and market penetration.
- Build, lead, coach, and develop Account Executive team; establish accountability, urgency, customer focus, execution excellence.
- Drive new account acquisition and expansion across oncology, pathology, breast surgery, and integrated delivery networks.
- Identify high-value opportunities; develop go-to-market strategies for community oncology, academic centers, and health systems.
- Build executive-level relationships and engage oncology/pathology/breast program/C-suite stakeholders.
- Collaborate with pathologists/ops to optimize tissue access and workflow integration.
- Lead discussions on value-based care, clinical utility, and personalized treatment planning.
- Communicate clinical data/validation and differentiation vs. competing assays; ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Recruit/onboard/train talent; conduct coaching, business reviews, pipeline/forecasting, KPIs/territory analytics.
- Partner cross-functionally (Medical Affairs, Marketing, Operations, Pathology, Market Access, Executive Leadership).

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years people leadership in successful commercial teams.
- Proven success in sales organization building, market development, new business acquisition, adoption, and revenue growth.
- Experience leading teams through product launches/high-growth environments.
- Strong coaching/communication/leadership/strategic planning.
- CRM, sales analytics, forecasting, and business intelligence tools.
- Regular travel within assigned geography.

Preferred Qualifications
- Oncology/diagnostics/molecular testing/pathology/precision medicine or related healthcare experience.
- First-line manager or multi-level org leadership; experience commercializing AI/digital health/advanced diagnostics.
- Familiarity with oncology care delivery, pathology workflows, and integrated health systems; enterprise/IDN/academic accounts.

Compensation
- Annual hiring range: $170,000–$200,000.

- Travel including evenings/weekends/holidays as needed; valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and insurance.
