Position Summary
Regional Business Director – MI Clarity is a field-based commercial leadership role driving regional/national adoption, utilization growth, and expansion of MI Clarity (AI-powered prognostic assay) for postmenopausal patients with HR+/HER2-, node-negative early-stage breast cancer.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional/national commercial strategies to drive adoption, utilization, and market penetration.
- Build, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives.
- Drive new account acquisition and expansion across oncology, pathology, breast surgery, and integrated delivery networks.
- Identify and pursue high-value market opportunities and strategic accounts.
- Build go-to-market plans for community oncology practices, academic medical centers, and health systems.
- Establish executive-level relationships; engage oncology, pathology, breast program directors, and C-suite stakeholders.
- Collaborate with pathologists to optimize tissue access and workflow integration.
- Lead discussions on value-based care, clinical utility, and personalized treatment planning.
- Coach clinical selling/evidence-based customer engagement; ensure clear communication of clinical data and differentiation.
- Recruit/onboard/train/mentor talent; conduct field coaching, business reviews, pipeline/forecasting, and performance development.
- Manage KPIs/territory expectations; support launch initiatives and provide marketplace/competitive intelligence.
- Ensure forecasting, CRM use, reporting, and territory analytics; maintain compliance with healthcare compliance standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years leading people in successful commercial teams.
- Proven sales organization development, market development, new business acquisition, adoption, and revenue growth.
- Experience leading through product launches/commercialization or high-growth environments.
- Strong coaching, communication, leadership, and strategic planning.
- CRM, sales analytics, forecasting, and business intelligence tools.
- Ability to travel regularly.

Preferred Qualifications
- Oncology/diagnostics/molecular testing/pathology/precision medicine/device/biotech/pharma/healthcare tech experience.
- Experience leading multi-level commercial organizations.
- Familiarity with oncology care delivery, pathology workflows, precision medicine, integrated health systems, or enterprise accounts.
- MBA or advanced business/healthcare/scientific degree.
- Experience commercializing AI-enabled technologies/digital health/advanced diagnostics.

Annual Hiring Range: $170,000–$200,000.
