Position Summary
Field-based commercial leadership role responsible for driving regional/national adoption, utilization growth, and strategic expansion of MI Clarity (AI-powered prognostic assay for early/late distant recurrence risk in postmenopausal HR+/HER2-, node-negative early-stage breast cancer).

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional/national commercial strategies to grow MI Clarity adoption, utilization, and market penetration.
- Build, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Account Executive team.
- Drive new account acquisition and expansion across oncology, pathology, breast surgery, and integrated delivery networks.
- Identify and pursue high-value market opportunities and strategic accounts.
- Build go-to-market strategies for community oncology, academic medical centers, and health systems.
- Establish executive-level relationships; engage oncology/pathology/breast leadership and C-suite stakeholders.
- Collaborate to optimize tissue access and workflow integration; support value-based care and personalized treatment discussions.
- Communicate clinical data and differentiation vs. competing assays; coach clinical selling using evidence.
- Recruit/onboard/train/mentor talent; run field coaching, business reviews, pipeline/forecasting.
- Set territory expectations/KPIs; support launch messaging and field readiness.
- Provide marketplace/competitive intelligence; ensure CRM/reporting/forecast accuracy.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare compliance standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years people leadership in successful commercial teams.
- Proven success in market development, new business acquisition, adoption, and revenue growth.
- Experience leading through product launches or high-growth environments.
- Strong coaching, communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
- CRM, sales analytics, forecasting, and business intelligence experience.
- Ability to travel regularly.

Preferred Qualifications
- Oncology/diagnostics/molecular testing/pathology/precision medicine or related healthcare industry experience.
- Experience in multi-level commercial organizations.
- Familiarity with oncology care delivery/pathology workflows/integrated health systems.
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience commercializing AI-enabled/digital health/advanced diagnostic solutions.

Annual Hiring Range
$170,000–$200,000.
