Position Summary
Regional Business Director – MI Clarity (field-based) driving regional and national adoption, utilization growth, and strategic expansion of MI Clarity, an AI-powered prognostic assay for postmenopausal patients with HR-positive/HER2-negative, node-negative early-stage breast cancer.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional/national commercial strategies to drive adoption, utilization, and penetration.
- Build, lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives.
- Drive new account acquisition and account expansion across oncology, pathology, breast surgery, and integrated delivery networks.
- Identify and pursue high-value market opportunities and strategic accounts.
- Build go-to-market strategies for community oncology practices, academic medical centers, and health systems.
- Develop executive-level relationships; engage oncology/pathology/breast program leadership and C-suite stakeholders.
- Collaborate with pathologists to optimize tissue access and workflow integration.
- Lead discussions on value-based care, clinical utility, and personalized treatment planning.
- Coach clinical selling/evidence-based customer engagement; ensure teams communicate clinical data and differentiation.
- Recruit, onboard, train, mentor; conduct coaching, business reviews, pipeline management, forecasting, and performance development.
- Maintain territory expectations/KPIs; support product launch and field readiness; provide competitive intelligence and marketplace feedback.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, CRM use, reporting, and territory analytics; maintain compliance with policies/regulations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of people leadership in commercial/sales teams.
- Proven success in market development, new business acquisition, adoption, and revenue growth.
- Experience leading teams through launches/commercialization/high-growth environments.
- Strong coaching, communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
- CRM, sales analytics, forecasting, and business intelligence experience.
- Ability to travel regularly.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in oncology/diagnostics/molecular testing/pathology/precision medicine/healthcare tech.
- Experience leading first-line managers or multi-level organizations.
- Experience launching innovative healthcare products/technologies.
- Familiarity with oncology care delivery, pathology workflows, precision medicine, or integrated systems.
- Experience with health systems, IDNs, academic medical centers.
- MBA or advanced business/healthcare/scientific degree.
- Experience commercializing AI-enabled/digital health/advanced diagnostics.

Annual Hiring Range
$170,000–$200,000 (may vary by location/experience; incentive ratio finalized at offer).
