Position Summary
- Field-based commercial leadership role driving regional/national adoption, utilization growth, and strategic expansion of MI Clarity (AI-powered prognostic assay) for early and late distant recurrence risk in postmenopausal patients with HR+/HER2-, node-negative early-stage breast cancer.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional and national commercial strategies to drive adoption, utilization, and market penetration.
- Build, lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives.
- Drive new account acquisition and account expansion within oncology, pathology, breast surgery, and integrated delivery networks.
- Identify and pursue high-value market opportunities and strategic accounts.
- Establish executive-level relationships; engage oncology/pathology leadership, breast program directors, and C-suite stakeholders.
- Collaborate with pathologists and operational stakeholders to optimize tissue access and workflow integration.
- Lead discussions on value-based care, clinical utility, and personalized treatment planning.
- Coach teams on clinical selling; ensure differentiation messaging vs. competing assays.
- Recruit, onboard, train, mentor; conduct field coaching, business reviews, pipeline management, forecasting, and performance development.
- Set territory expectations, KPIs, and performance goals; support product launch and field readiness.
- Provide marketplace feedback/competitive intelligence; ensure accurate CRM use, forecasting, reporting, and territory analytics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree.
- 5+ years of people leadership leading successful commercial teams.
- Proven success in building sales organizations and driving market development, new business acquisition, customer adoption, and revenue growth.
- Experience through product launches/commercialization or high-growth environments.
- Strong coaching, communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
- CRM/sales analytics/forecasting/business intelligence tool experience.
- Ability to travel regularly within assigned geography.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in oncology/diagnostics/molecular testing/pathology/precision medicine/healthcare tech or related industries.
- Experience leading multi-level commercial organizations or first-line managers.
- Experience launching innovative healthcare products/technologies.
- Familiarity with oncology care delivery, pathology workflows, precision medicine, or integrated health systems.
- Experience with large health systems/IDNs/academic medical centers/enterprise accounts.
- MBA or advanced business/healthcare/scientific degree.
- Experience commercializing AI-enabled technologies, digital health platforms, or advanced diagnostic solutions.
Travel/Other Requirements
- Travel required (evenings/weekends/holidays as needed); substantial field engagement.
- Ability to sit/stand for extended periods; lift routine materials.
- Ability to travel by car/air frequently; valid driverโs license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and required automobile insurance.
