Position: Regional Business Director – MI Clarity (field-based)

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional/national commercial strategies to drive MI Clarity adoption, utilization, and penetration.
- Build, lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives; set KPIs and performance goals.
- Drive new account acquisition and expansion across oncology, pathology, breast surgery, and integrated delivery networks.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for community oncology practices, academic medical centers, and health systems.
- Establish executive-level relationships; engage oncology/pathology/breast program and C-suite stakeholders.
- Collaborate with pathologists and operations to optimize tissue access and workflow integration.
- Lead discussions on value-based care, clinical utility, and personalized treatment planning.
- Ensure effective clinical selling and field communication of clinical data and differentiation.
- Recruit/onboard/train talent; run field coaching, business reviews, pipeline management, forecasting.
- Provide marketplace feedback and competitive intelligence; ensure accurate CRM/reporting/territory analytics.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years people leadership experience in commercial teams.
- Proven success in sales organization development, market development, new business acquisition, adoption, and revenue growth.
- Experience through product launches/commercialization or high-growth environments.
- Strong coaching, leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- CRM, sales analytics, forecasting, and business intelligence tools.
- Ability to travel regularly.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in oncology/diagnostics/pathology/precision medicine/healthcare technology or related fields.
- Experience leading multi-level commercial organizations; launching innovative healthcare products/AI/digital health/diagnostics.
- Familiarity with oncology care delivery, pathology workflows, and integrated health systems.
- MBA or advanced business/health/scientific degree.

Compensation
- Annual hiring range: $170,000–$200,000.
