Position Summary
- Field-based commercial leadership role driving regional/national adoption, utilization growth, and strategic expansion of MI Clarity (AI-powered prognostic assay) for early-stage breast cancer.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional/national commercial strategies to drive adoption/utilization and market penetration.
- Build, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives.
- Drive new business acquisition and account expansion within oncology, pathology, breast surgery, and integrated delivery networks.
- Identify/prioritize high-value opportunities and strategic accounts.
- Create go-to-market strategies for community oncology, academic medical centers, and health systems.
- Build executive-level and clinical stakeholder relationships; engage oncology/pathology/breast program leadership and C-suite.
- Collaborate with pathologists to optimize tissue access and workflow integration.
- Lead discussions on value-based care, clinical utility, and personalized treatment planning.
- Communicate clinical data/validation and differentiate from competitors; coach on evidence-based selling.
- Manage territory execution: forecasting, pipeline, CRM reporting, KPIs; ensure compliance.
- Support launches and provide marketplace feedback/competitive intelligence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree.
- 5+ years people leadership in successful commercial teams.
- Proven sales org building; market development, new business acquisition, adoption, and revenue growth.
- Experience with product launches/high-growth environments.
- Coaching, communication, leadership, strategic planning.
- CRM, sales analytics, forecasting, business intelligence tools.
- Regular travel within assigned geography.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in oncology/diagnostics/molecular testing/pathology/precision medicine or related healthcare industries.
- Leadership of first-line managers or multi-level orgs.
- Familiarity with oncology care, pathology workflows, precision medicine, integrated systems.
- Experience with large health systems/IDNs/academic centers/enterprise accounts.
- MBA or advanced business/healthcare/scientific degree.
- Experience commercializing AI/digital health/advanced diagnostics.
Physical/Additional Requirements
- Frequent field engagement; travel by car/air (including evenings/weekends/holidays as needed); valid driverโs license and reliable vehicle/insurance.
- Ability to sit/stand for extended periods and lift routine materials.
