Position Summary
Regional Business Director – MI Clarity (field-based) driving regional/national market adoption, utilization growth, and strategic expansion of MI Clarity, an AI-powered prognostic assay for HR-positive/HER2-negative, node-negative early-stage breast cancer.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional/national commercial strategies to drive adoption, utilization, and market penetration.
- Build, lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives.
- Drive new account acquisition and account expansion across oncology, pathology, breast surgery, and integrated delivery networks.
- Identify and pursue high-value market opportunities and strategic accounts.
- Build go-to-market strategies for community oncology practices, academic medical centers, and health systems.
- Build executive-level relationships; engage oncology/pathology/breast program/C-suite stakeholders.
- Collaborate with pathologists to optimize tissue access and workflow integration.
- Lead discussions on value-based care, clinical utility, and personalized treatment planning.
- Coach evidence-based clinical selling; ensure effective communication of clinical data and differentiation.
- Recruit/onboard/train/mentor talent; conduct field coaching, business reviews, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Set territory expectations, KPIs, and goals; support product launch and field readiness.
- Provide marketplace feedback/competitive intelligence; ensure forecasting and CRM/reporting accuracy.
- Maintain compliance and support required meetings/conferences.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years leading commercial/sales teams; proven revenue growth and market development/new business acquisition.
- Experience through product launches/commercialization or high-growth environments.
- Strong coaching, communication, leadership, strategic planning.
- CRM, sales analytics, forecasting, business intelligence tools.
- Ability to travel regularly.

Preferred Qualifications
- Oncology/diagnostics/pathology/precision medicine/AI/digital health/healthcare technology experience.
- Experience leading first-line managers or multi-level organizations.
- Familiarity with oncology care delivery, pathology workflows, integrated systems; enterprise account experience.
- MBA or advanced degree.

Physical/Additional
- Ability to sit/stand, travel frequently, and lift routine materials; valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Annual Hiring Range
$170,000–$200,000.
