Position Summary
- Field-based commercial leadership role driving regional/national adoption, utilization growth, and strategic expansion of MI Clarity (AI-powered prognostic assay assessing early/late distant recurrence risk in postmenopausal HR+/HER2-, node-negative early-stage breast cancer).
- Build and scale a commercial organization for early-stage breast cancer providers (medical oncologists, breast surgeons, pathologists, breast centers, integrated health systems). Lead Account Executives to drive awareness, clinical adoption, and utilization across targeted geographies/accounts.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional/national commercial strategies to drive adoption, utilization, and market penetration.
- Build, lead, coach, and develop Account Executive team; establish accountability, urgency, customer focus, and execution excellence.
- Drive new account acquisition and account expansion; identify and pursue high-value opportunities/strategic accounts.
- Create go-to-market strategies for community oncology practices, academic medical centers, and health systems.
- Build executive-level relationships; engage oncology/pathology/breast program/C-suite stakeholders.
- Collaborate to optimize tissue access and workflow integration; lead discussions on value-based care, clinical utility, and personalized treatment planning.
- Maintain expertise in breast cancer pathways, prognostic/predictive testing, molecular diagnostics, digital pathology/AI, and oncology reimbursement dynamics.
- Coach clinical selling/evidence-based engagement; ensure differentiation and communication of clinical data/validation.
- Recruit/onboard/train/mentor; conduct field coaching, reviews, pipeline/forecasting, KPI and territory goal setting.
- Support product launch readiness; provide competitive intelligence/marketplace and marketing input.
- Ensure accurate forecasting/CRM reporting/territory analytics; maintain compliance with policies and healthcare compliance standards.
- Support meetings/conferences as required; partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Operations, Pathology, Market Access, and Executive Leadership.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years people leadership in commercial teams.
- Proven sales organization leadership and market development/new business/customer adoption/revenue growth.
- Experience through product launches/commercialization/high-growth environments.
- Coaching, communication, leadership, strategic planning.
- CRM platforms, sales analytics, forecasting, business intelligence.
- Ability to travel regularly.

Preferred Qualifications
- Oncology/diagnostics/molecular testing/pathology/precision medicine/medical device/biotech/pharma/healthcare technology experience.
- First-line manager or multi-level commercial leadership experience.
- Launching innovative healthcare products/technologies; familiarity with oncology care delivery, pathology workflows, precision medicine, or integrated health systems.
- Experience with large health systems/IDNs/academic medical centers/enterprise accounts.
- MBA or advanced business/healthcare/scientific degree.
- Commercializing AI-enabled/digital health/advanced diagnostic solutions.
