Position Summary
The Regional Business Director β MI Clarity is a field-based commercial leadership role driving regional/national adoption, utilization growth, and strategic expansion of MI Clarity (AI-powered prognostic assay) for early-stage breast cancer.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional/national commercial strategies to grow adoption, utilization, and market penetration.
- Build, lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives.
- Drive new account acquisition and expansion across oncology, pathology, breast surgery, and integrated delivery networks.
- Identify/prioritize high-value opportunities and strategic accounts.
- Create go-to-market strategies for community oncology practices, academic medical centers, and health systems.
- Build executive-level relationships; engage oncology/pathology/breast program and C-suite stakeholders.
- Collaborate with pathologists and operational teams to optimize tissue access and workflow integration.
- Lead value-based care/clinical utility discussions; maintain expertise in testing pathways and reimbursement dynamics.
- Coach clinical selling; ensure differentiation messaging vs. competing assays.
- Recruit/onboard/train/mentor talent; run coaching, business reviews, pipeline management, forecasting, and KPIs.
- Support product launch, messaging refinement, and field readiness; provide competitive intelligence.
- Ensure accurate forecasting/CRM use; maintain compliance with regulations and healthcare compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree.
- 5+ years people leadership in commercial teams.
- Proven sales organization building; market development/new business/revenue growth.
- Experience through launches/commercialization/high-growth environments.
- CRM, sales analytics, forecasting, business intelligence; regular travel within geography.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oncology/diagnostics/pathology/precision medicine/AI-enabled technologies or related healthcare experience.
- First-line manager or multi-level org leadership; enterprise/IDN/academic accounts.
- MBA or advanced business/healthcare/scientific degree; AI/digital health/advanced diagnostic commercialization.
