Role Summary

Regional Business Director, Immunology Dermatology (WEST) leads a team of District Managers and Dermatology Sales Specialists across the West region, guiding sales strategy, talent development, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve dermatology business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a diverse team to maximize sales opportunities, solve resource optimization, and drive results.
  • Develop and execute an aligned business plan to deliver compliant product sales growth and volume objectives while addressing customer and market needs.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and external stakeholders to build access, relationships, and effective operating networks.
  • Coach and retain team members skilled in the Janssen business, healthcare marketplace, and account management, developing leadership competencies.
  • Influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve customer-centric and company-responsible outcomes, adhering to J&J Credo and HCC guidelines.
  • Set account goals and oversee account metrics and business performance.

Qualifications

  • Required: Seven (7) years of related experience with at least five (5) years in cross-functional commercial roles (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Access/Payer, Analytics, or Business Development).
  • Prior direct people management/leadership experience.
  • Ability to lead, develop, coach, and engage high-performing, diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated commercial capabilities and success in prior roles.
  • Valid US Driver’s License.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Live within the regional geography.
  • Cross-functional experience beyond Sales and Sales Learning & Development.
  • Healthcare or pharmaceutical experience.
  • Prior experience in sales as a professional representative and/or District Manager.
  • Direct experience in in-line Marketing and/or Strategic Marketing/Marketing Access.
  • Sales or Marketing experience in Dermatology.
