Role Summary

Regional Business Director, Immunology Dermatology (OHIO VALLEY) responsible for leading a team across Janssen Biotech’s Dermatology accounts with regional scope, including interfacing with cross-disciplinary stakeholders. Role based in the field with preference for proximity to major Ohio Valley cities.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for leading their team to maximize sales opportunities, collaborating to prioritize opportunities and allocate resources to maximize results.
  • Develop and execute an aligned business plan to deliver compliant product sales growth and volume objectives, addressing customer and marketplace needs.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and external stakeholders to develop optimal access and establish effective operating networks.
  • Lead, motivate, coach, develop, and retain a diverse team of District Managers and Dermatology Sales Specialists, building critical business competencies and leadership imperatives.
  • Coach others to align stakeholders, adopt difficult positions, and achieve customer-centric and company-responsible outcomes, in adherence to J&J Credo and HCC guidelines.
  • Set overall account goals and oversee account metrics and business performance.

Qualifications

  • Required: Seven (7) years of related experience with at least five (5) years in cross-functional commercial roles (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Access/Payer, Analytics or Business Development); prior direct people management experience; ability to lead and develop diverse teams; demonstrated commercial success; valid US Driver’s License.
  • Preferred: Live within regional geography; cross-functional experience beyond Sales; healthcare/pharmaceuticals experience; prior sales or DM experience; experience in inline/strategic Marketing or Marketing Access; dermatology sales/marketing experience.
