Role Summary

Regional Business Director, Immunology Dermatology (MIDWEST) leads, develops, and directly manages a team of District Managers and Dermatology Sales Specialists across Janssen Biotech’s Dermatology accounts in the Midwest region. The role interfaces with cross-disciplinary stakeholders to drive compliant product sales growth and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for leading their team to maximize sales opportunities; collaboratively prioritize opportunities and allocate resources to maximize results.
  • Develop and execute an aligned business plan aligned with Janssen brand strategies to deliver compliant sales growth and meet marketplace requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and external stakeholders to develop access, relationships, and networks for positive business interactions.
  • Lead, motivate, coach, develop, and retain a diverse team; coach District Managers and Sales Specialists on key competencies and leadership imperatives.
  • Coach others to align with internal and external stakeholders, achieving customer-centric and company-responsible outcomes in line with the J&J Credo and HCC guidelines.
  • Set overall account goals, oversee account metrics and business performance.

Qualifications

  • Required: Seven (7) years of related experience with at least five (5) years in cross-functional commercial roles; prior direct people management/leadership experience; ability to develop and lead high-performing, diverse teams; demonstrated commercial capabilities; valid US Driver’s License.
  • Preferred: Live within the regional geography; cross-functional experience beyond solely Sales and Sales Learning & Development; healthcare or related pharmaceutical experience; prior sales experience as a professional representative or District Manager; direct experience in in-line or strategic Marketing/Marketing Access; sales/marketing experience in Dermatology.
