Responsibilities:
- Provide commercial leadership as player/coach: coach cross-functional team members and manage assigned key accounts as a business.
- Lead and develop a team of Area Business Managers; ensure strong field execution.
- Own account planning (next tier, non-KAM targets) and develop/execute account-level strategies.
- Lead account planning communications and strategy sessions; align resources within Sanofi to drive value co-creation and meet/exceed revenue targets.
- Identify/qualify opportunities and develop growth strategies; build executive relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Establish long-term, value-driven relationships with KOLs and C&D-level customers; act as trusted advisor.
- Plan and execute key account plans, including quarterly plans; optimize product access (formulary, order sets, EHR optimization; pathway access) and remove barriers.
- Collaborate compliantly with matrix partners to execute on-body delivery system launch (2026+).
- Analyze regional business data; mentor to maximize performance.
- Ensure compliant CRM tool expertise and usage; manage regional expenses within budget.
- Oversee recruitment, hiring, development, and training; lead internal reviews and cross-functional meeting content.

Qualifications:
- BS in life sciences/related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years people and hematology/oncology industry leadership (strongly preferred).
- Seasoned sales executive with strong sales management and track record delivering revenue targets (pharma + biotech experience a plus).
- Experience selling oncologic products; buy-and-bill reimbursement experience strongly preferred.
- Strong collaboration, leadership, communication, accountability, and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience coordinating patient/provider support services (specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, nursing, specialty distributor, etc.).
- Valid driver’s license; travel up to 50%.
