Responsibilities:
- Implement/exectue Biosense Webster commercial strategy for Arkansas/Memphis by managing Sales and Clinical personnel to achieve business goals and profitable growth.
- Drive top-line regional sales; define/manage monthly and annual sales objectives.
- Meet/exceed regional sales and profit targets; provide sales forecasts and execute tactical plans (quotas/account objectives).
- Manage regional expense budget.
- Coach/manage Territory Managers and EP/ULS Clinical Account Specialists; oversee per-diem clinical support use.
- Partner with Clinical Education Manager to develop clinical proficiency/certification; develop TM sales/negotiation skills.
- Recruit, develop, and retain talent; drive organizational development/change.
- Lead customer relationship strategies and key customer engagement.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop/execute regional strategic plans; participate in national field projects.
- Ensure compliance with company programs, pricing/expense/compensation and healthcare compliance; follow HSE practices and federal/state/local/regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- Advance degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
- 5+ years professional work experience required.
- 3+ years US medical device Sales/Marketing required OR 2 years prior healthcare Sales Management.
- Field trainer/project leadership experience required.
- 2+ years in Cardiac Electrophysiology or Cardiovascular preferred; capital selling preferred.
- Preference to live within the region.
