Responsibilities:
- Manage a regional team of Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) in Pulmonary Fibrosis/Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD), ensuring regional disease/product medical needs are identified.
- Ensure timely, frequent interactions with Thought Leaders and HCPs for safe and appropriate use of approved products; handle unsolicited questions on medical/scientific topics per guidance.
- Lead/translate Field Medical objectives into regional and MSL performance objectives; monitor performance.
- Build cross-functional relationships (Medical, Marketing, Sales); direct MSL activities within legal/compliance policies.
- Maintain networks with regional HCP experts; train and direct scientific interactions; ensure accurate, objective communication of medical information.
- Oversee MSL support for CRO and BMS-sponsored studies (interventional/non-interventional), including site identification, investigator interaction, and PV/Adverse Event escalation.
- Manage MSL performance assessments, coaching, and development; ensure training/ongoing compliance with required processes.

Qualifications/Preferred:
- Terminal doctoral degree (MD, PharmD, PhD) preferred.
- Deep knowledge of IPF and related fibrotic lung diseases (diagnosis, guidelines, emerging therapies/publications).
- Clinical experience in interstitial lung disease; broad medical background.
- 5–7 years clinical/pharmaceutical environment experience; 5+ years field medical experience preferred.
- Cross-functional leadership, mentoring/coaching in a geographically dispersed team; ability to lead in a matrix/ambiguous environment; autonomous execution.
- Understanding of clinical research principles and US healthcare/pharma/health economics.

Skills/Work Requirements:
- Strong written/verbal communication; ability to work independently; travel required.
- Field-based: live in territory managed or within 50 miles of the border.

Compensation/Benefits (explicit):
- US: $223,300–$270,581; additional incentive cash/stock may be available.
