Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth of Novartis Neuromuscular brands; ensure all engagements align with approved labeling and comply with legal/regulatory/industry standards while upholding ethical practices.
- Lead account management across the patient journey, supporting enrollment through infusion where appropriate.
- Educate key stakeholders on clinical data (efficacy/safety) by translating complex information into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with providers/institutions to build tailored account strategies; manage full treatment center workflow (enrollment through reimbursement and distribution) with service excellence.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospital staff, clinical leaders, care teams, and access stakeholders; guide on insurance requirements and address access challenges.
- Use payer-specific coverage policy and access procedures expertise to identify and resolve access barriers to ensure timely product availability.
- Assess territory dynamics to optimize processes and expand treatment networks/referral pathways for long-term growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners on site readiness, patient onboarding, product delivery, and reimbursement.
- Support the end-to-end prescription journey with coordination, clarity, and exceptional customer experience.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree required.
- 8+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare or similar; meaningful payer & reimbursement engagement with large geographically dispersed teams.
- Track record supporting launch of specialty/biologic therapies; familiarity with specialty pharmacy and/or Buy & Bill; knowledge of operational workflows and patient access strategies.
- Strong US healthcare ecosystem understanding (within 5 years) and recent access-related experience.
- Ability to manage complex high-impact accounts and lead through influence in a matrix environment.
- Strong business acumen; expertise in technology/digital engagement.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, listening, and strategic thinking.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60โ80% and drive/fly within territory; valid unrestricted driverโs license.
Desirable Requirements:
- 3+ years in commercialization of rare disease or specialty biopharmaceutical therapies.
- Prior key account and cross-functional experience (Sales/Marketing/Medical/Market Access); neuromuscular institutional selling; launch/indication expansion preparation.
Driving:

Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Salary range: $168,000โ$312,000/year; performance-based cash incentive; potential annual equity eligibility (role-dependent). US-based eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package and time off.
