Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth of Neuromuscular brands, ensuring compliant, ethical engagements aligned to approved labeling and legal/regulatory/industry standards.
- Lead account management across the patient journey (enrollment through infusion where appropriate).
- Educate stakeholders on clinical data (efficacy/safety) by translating complex information into actionable insights.
- Partner with providers/institutions to build tailored account strategies; manage end-to-end treatment center workflow (enrollment, reimbursement, distribution) with a focus on service excellence.
- Build relationships with hospital staff and access stakeholders; advise on insurance requirements and proactively address access challenges.
- Maintain payer-specific knowledge; identify and resolve coverage/access barriers to ensure timely product availability.
- Assess territory dynamics to optimize processes and expand networks/referral pathways.
- Collaborate to support site readiness, onboarding, delivery, and reimbursement.
- Support the end-to-end prescription journey with coordination and exceptional customer experience.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- 8+ yearsโ€™ pharma/biotech/healthcare experience with meaningful payer/reimbursement engagement; strong field leadership/customer engagement.
- Track record supporting launches of specialty/biologic therapies; knowledge of specialty pharmacy and/or Buy & Bill; patient access strategies.
- Strong US healthcare ecosystem understanding (within 5 years).
- Proven ability to manage complex high-impact accounts and lead through influence in a matrix environment.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking; business acumen; tech/digital engagement.
- Reside within territory (or within 50 miles of border); travel 60โ€“80%; valid driverโ€™s license.

Desirable Requirements:
- 3+ years in rare disease/specialty biopharmaceutical commercialization; achieving strategic objectives.
- Prior key account and cross-functional (Sales/Marketing/Medical/Market Access) experience; institutional selling in neuromuscular.

Compensation (expected): $168,000โ€“$312,000/year; performance-based cash incentive and potential equity; US-based comprehensive benefits and time off.
