Region HR Business Partner, EMEA & CALA

Role: HR Manager serving as a strategic partner to business leaders, focusing on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee relations, and change management within a biopharma context. Responsibilities: develop and execute people strategies aligned with business goals; advise on performance management, employee relations, succession planning, and leadership development; facilitate talent reviews and workforce planning; support learning initiatives and ensure policy compliance; lead change management efforts and assist with compensation planning.
