Redemplo Reimbursement Navigator

Role: Redemplo Reimbursement Navigator (RRN) responsible for managing healthcare provider accounts and patient cases to ensure patient access and reimbursement for Arrowhead's RNAi-based therapeutic, Redemplo. Responsibilities: educate providers on reimbursement pathways, analyze coverage issues, coordinate with HUB and specialty pharmacy for enrollment, prior authorizations, and appeals; serve as the reimbursement expert; develop territory strategies; build relationships with providers, staff, and cross-functional teams; identify and resolve reimbursement barriers; maintain accurate documentation; ensure compliance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (healthcare, life sciences, nursing preferred); 7+ years in pharma/biotech, with 3+ years in reimbursement, patient access, specialty pharmacy, or related fields; knowledge of pharmacy benefit reimbursement; ability to analyze complex issues; residency in assigned territory; valid driver's license and travel ability. Preferred: experience in rare disease or specialty product launches, payer coverage expertise, strong communication, and strategic planning skills.
