Redemplo Reimbursement Navigator

Role: Redemplo Reimbursement Navigator (RRN) focused on managing healthcare provider accounts and patient cases to optimize access and reimbursement for Arrowhead's RNAi therapeutics. Responsibilities: educate providers on reimbursement processes, analyze and resolve access challenges, coordinate with HUBs and pharmacies, develop territory strategies, and build stakeholder relationships. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (healthcare, life sciences preferred), 7+ years in pharma/biotech, with at least 3 years in reimbursement, patient access, or specialty pharmacy. Proficiency in pharmacy benefit reimbursement, complex case resolution, and specialty pharma operations essential. HighValue: familiarity with rare diseases, cardiometabolic conditions, or specialty products, experience supporting product launches, payer coverage expertise, and strong stakeholder engagement skills. WorkSetup: territory-based, extensive travel required within the assigned geographic area.
