Redemplo Reimbursement Navigator

Role: Redemplo Reimbursement Navigator (RRN) manages healthcare provider accounts and patient cases within a geographic region to facilitate patient access and reimbursement for Arrowhead's RNAi-based therapeutic, Redemplo. Responsibilities: educate providers on reimbursement processes, analyze complex access issues, coordinate with hubs and specialty pharmacies, develop strategic territory plans, and build collaborative stakeholder relationships while ensuring compliance. Requirements: bachelor's degree; 7+ years in pharma/biotech, with 3+ years in reimbursement, patient access, or specialty pharma; strong knowledge of pharmacy benefit reimbursement and healthcare operations; reside within the territory and able to travel extensively. Preferred: experience with rare disease or specialty products, product launches, and payer coverage insights; excellent communication, strategic planning, and relationship-building skills; high emotional intelligence and adaptability.
