Redemplo Reimbursement Navigator

Role: Redemplo Reimbursement Navigator (RRN), responsible for managing healthcare provider accounts and patient cases within a geographic region to improve patient access and reimbursement for Arrowhead’s RNAi therapeutics. Core duties include educating providers on reimbursement processes, resolving complex coverage issues, supporting patient enrollment, and collaborating cross-functionally with sales, market access, pharmacies, and internal teams to execute territory strategies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (healthcare, life sciences preferred); 7+ years in pharma/biotech, with 3+ years in reimbursement, patient access, or specialty pharmacy roles; strong knowledge of pharmacy benefit reimbursement and specialty pharmacy operations; reside within the assigned territory, with extensive travel ability. Preferred: experience in rare diseases, cardiometabolic, or specialty product launches; strategic account planning and relationship-building skills; high emotional intelligence, adaptability, and professionalism. High-value: focus on reimbursement/support for RNAi therapies, patient access solutions, specialty pharma, and complex coverage challenges. Work setup: based in California, with remote work and travel within territory; salary range $160K–$170K, with competitive benefits.
