Redemplo Reimbursement Navigator

Role: Redemplo Reimbursement Navigator (RRN) responsible for managing healthcare provider accounts and patient cases to enhance access and reimbursement for Arrowhead's RNAi therapies. Responsibilities: educate providers on reimbursement processes, resolve complex coverage issues, coordinate with HUBs, specialty pharmacies, and internal teams to support patient enrollment, benefits investigations, and appeals; develop strategic territory plans, build relationships with healthcare stakeholders, and ensure compliance. Requirements: bachelor's degree; at least 7 years in pharma/biotech, with 3+ years in reimbursement, patient access, or specialty pharmacy; strong knowledge of pharmacy benefit reimbursement and specialty pharma operations; residence within assigned territory and valid driver’s license. Preferred: experience with rare diseases, specialty launches, payer coverage, and patient support programs; excellent communication, strategic planning, and relationship skills; high emotional intelligence and adaptability. High-Value: focus on specialty pharmaceutical support, complex reimbursement challenges, and cross-functional collaboration; territory management; located in California with extensive travel.
