Redemplo Reimbursement Navigator

Role: Redemplo Reimbursement Navigator (RRN) manages healthcare provider accounts and patient cases within a geographic region to optimize access and reimbursement for Arrowhead's RNAi-based therapeutic, Redemplo. Responsibilities include educating providers on reimbursement pathways, resolving complex coverage challenges, supporting patient enrollment, and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Market Access, Specialty Pharmacy, and HUB teams. The role involves developing strategic territory plans, building provider relationships, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (healthcare, life sciences, nursing preferred), at least 7 years of biopharma or biotech industry experience, with 3+ years in field reimbursement, patient access, specialty pharmacy, or related areas. Strong knowledge of pharmacy benefit reimbursement, experience in supporting rare disease or specialty products, and excellent communication skills are essential. Preferred: experience with product launches, payer coverage, and cross-functional collaboration. The position demands expertise in navigating complex reimbursement landscapes, with extensive travel within the assigned territory. Location: residence within the territory required; travel is extensive. Compensation: $160,000–$170,000 USD, with a comprehensive benefits package.
