Redemplo Reimbursement Navigator

Role: Redemplo Reimbursement Navigator (RRN) responsible for managing healthcare provider accounts and patient cases within a specific region to facilitate patient access and reimbursement for Arrowhead’s RNAi therapeutics. Responsibilities: educate providers and staff on reimbursement processes, analyze complex access issues, coordinate with HUBs, specialty pharmacies, and internal teams to support patient enrollment, benefits investigations, and claims resolution; develop strategic territory plans; build collaborative relationships; proactively address reimbursement barriers; ensure compliance and accurate documentation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (healthcare, life sciences, nursing preferred); 7+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech industry; 3+ years in reimbursement, patient access, specialty pharmacy, or related fields; strong knowledge of pharmacy benefit reimbursement, complex problem-solving skills; reside within the assigned territory with valid driver’s license for extensive travel. Preferred: experience with rare diseases or specialty pharma product launches; expertise in payer coverage, reimbursement programs, and patient support; excellent communication, relationship-building, strategic planning, and analytical skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
