Redemplo Reimbursement Navigator

Role: Redemplo Reimbursement Navigator responsible for managing healthcare provider accounts and patient cases to optimize access and reimbursement for Arrowhead's RNAi therapeutics. Responsibilities: educate providers on reimbursement processes, analyze and resolve complex coverage issues, coordinate with HUB and specialty pharmacies, develop territory strategies, and build stakeholder relationships. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (preferably in healthcare, life sciences, or nursing), at least 7 years in pharma/biotech, with 3+ years in reimbursement, patient access, specialty pharmacy, or related field; strong knowledge of pharmacy benefit reimbursement; excellent problem-solving and communication skills; willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Preferred: experience with rare diseases or specialty pharma launches, strategic account planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
